With these services Reform covers all aspects of information system hardware and software technical support. In this context of support, the customer can communicate with REFORM technical service and inform it on the problem or issue occurred to information system.
Technical department responds on the solution of the problem or issue directly to the customer throughphone, remote connection or on-site visit. Always depending on customer’ preference and issue requirements.
Finally, Reform can schedule monthly visits by a technical team in an effort to prevent any problems.
